 I、Working principle
Two (laid horizontally and vertically) screw shafts facing opposite direction in pressing cage clench each other in squeezing chamber, which generate continuous pushing force to squeeze and cooperates with pressing cage. Thus oil is pressed out from raw material. With high compression rate by double-step structure design, great radial pressing pressure can be obtained which enables squeezing as much as possible. So squeezing can be done completely. Residual oil rate of pressed material is lower than that of single-screw oil press. Oil yield rate of material is higher. And it is suitable for cold press for any oil-bearing plant.
