Raw cashew nut grades, how to choose and clarify the grades?

Many customers they do not know how to choose good raw cashew nut . today i will talk about how to choose good cashew nut for processing. 

for raw cashew nut , can be divided into 5 grades: A+>24mm    A grade: 22-24mm, B grade: 20-22mm, C grade: 18-20mm, D grade: <18mm

usually A+,A and B grade is best to processed to export to Europe, USA and so on, for C and D grade for direct export to Asian countries or processed and 
export to Asian countries. 

except size, the cashew nut shape is also very important. for good quality cashew nut, usually it is plump and round, for this kind of cashew nut, 

the cashew nut shelling rate and peeling rate is high. whole kernel rate also high, big ,full and round, good raw cashew nut, if small, flat and strange shape, 

 the cashew nut shelling rate and peeling rate is low. whole kernel rate also low. usually we will not choose. 

in all, we will choose A+,A and B grade full and plump raw cashew nut for processing. although price is higher, but can bring us good profit.
