After cooking, how we cool the cashew nuts?
After cooking machine, there are usually 3 ways to cool the cashew nut.
1. natural cooling, suitable for the the countries “more sunny, low rainy”, usually cooling for 2-3 days.
2. use the mesh trolley to load the cashew nuts,then use the wind fan to blow it.
3. use mesh belt cooling machine to cool the cashew nuts.
also there are some customers they will first cook the cashew nut, then grading, then directly put into cashew nut shelling machine without cooling process.
