How much is the installation fee for the cashew nut line

 For installation, commissioning and training for cashew nut line, often customers will ask how much cost. 

first of all, our engineer will do guidance installation, means  customers need to provide 3-4 workers to install and commissioning the whole line under 
guidance of our engineers,  this process usually take 7-15 days, this period often decided by workers' efficiency. if workers work hard and fast, then installation and 
commissioning period is short, or else longer. 

as for training, another engineer  will train 1-2 project engineer managers to do manage, labor employment, detailed operation and so on. of course other 
common workers also engaged during training.  every process engineer will teach the experience. this process will last 15-90 days according to customers' 
request.  

usually one engineer first come, when installation and commissioning finish, this engineer will come back, another engineer for training will start to come. 

in this case, will dramatically save customers' cost. 

for customers, they need to be reponsible for engineers' visa fee, round tickets fee, hotel and food fee, salary: 100$/day/person. 

some customers complain that salary of engineer is too high. actually, this salary is completely decided by engineer themselves. 

To tell the truth, Going abroad to install is not easy for engineers. they need to face lots of difficulties: language, food, social interation, safety,separation with Family and so on

the reason why they go abroad to encounter these difficulties is the higher salary than  in China.  if too low, they are unwilling to go abroad  to install.
